All you have to do is decide.

For many of us life can be very hectic and for many of us the focus is always on me and mine, which isn't bad to a certain extent. Where we fail is in the areas of planning ahead for tomorrow and the following days to come. Yeah we need to always remain in the present moment but keep in mind that if there is nothing in ours lives worth fighting for then there's no point. We end up moving through life like the zombies in a cheesy horror flick who only attraction is to what all the other zombies want. Every one of us has a dream but not every one of us takes the steps needed to make that dream a reality. Remember that a one thousand mine hike begins with the first step and all you have to do is decide, who your going to be, what it's going to be and how you are going to do it.

Be careful how you interpret the world: it is like that.

Don't you just hate it when your day gets off to a good start then meets that one event that turns that day to shit? Well that was my day today, but the feelings generated where not as bad as I thought. This last couple of months have seen days of great discoveries and realizations to the point where I am now viewing the world through a different lens and what I see is a lot of pain an suffering. The challenge for me is how do I stay motivated and hang on the the positive emotion charge without being stumped by certain events that bring me back to feelings of no hope. I guess that's where the discipline comes in to keep telling myself that it's all part of the process of growing. As long as I continue to find the Love in everything, speak from the heart and give without the thought of any return everything is going to fall into place as it should.

Today is a new day, a new beginning.

I find it sad how people accept there fate not realizing that it's there lack of awareness in the everyday choices that they make. Today I had an interesting conversation with someone about the choices that they made that put them in the situation that they are in now and that it IS possible to change at any time regardless of age or "social status".
We are all making choices that we are unaware of and we sometimes don't realize it until it is to late. The good news is that we can awaken the sleeping dragon within us and bring to light all those choices that we are unaware of that we make even in our sleep.
Today is a new day, a new beginning. Choose to make it a success!

In the beginning there is the end.

Today marks a pivotal day for me when I came to the realization that we begin life with nothing. Born into this world with nothing but our flesh, bones, some hair and a beating heart which is constantly reminding us of the second hand on an old Grandfather clock ticking through each moment that leads to the unknown end of our lives where we leave this life with nothing. What we also have, that which we don't pay attention to, is our breath and emotional bodies that carry us though each and every moment of our lives. If you stop and think about it we enter this life and exit with nothing. So why not live this life to the fullest and feel all of those feeling that we over look as if it where a beggar on the street. Enjoy life to to the fullest by avoid the fear of fear, because what is fear anyway but a gateway to our growth or next step in our lives.
